Bridger Tracker Online 5.5 revolutionizes online USA Patriot Act compliance solutions

today announces the release of Bridger Tracker Online 5.5. Bridger Tracker Online
5.5's expanded functionality offers Bridger customers: Homeland and World data
lists; an identity verification feature and the option to purchase third-party
identity verification services; the ability to create multiple Deny Lists; and
an intuitive new user interface. In addition, Bridger Tracker Online now has
server call functionality built in, allowing clients to incorporate real-time
data list searches into their data entry systems. This means no duplicate data
entry – potentially a huge time savings.
Current Bridger Tracker Online customers are asked to contact Bridger Systems
to indicate which version of Bridger Tracker Online (OFAC, Homeland, or World)
they would like to convert to and indicate what conversion date would be most

Bridger Tracker Online 5.5 is available in several different configurations:
End User, Enterprise, Distributor, and Provider models. The standard End User
model has been Bridger's only available configuration in the past. In this model,
Bridger manages the hardware and software, setting up customers and giving them
access to Bridger Tracker Online. Customers who purchase the new Enterprise model
can customize Bridger Tracker Online to make it fit seamlessly with their internal
business systems. The Enterprise model can be hosted and managed either by Bridger
Systems or by the customer themselves. The Distributor and Provider models allow
Bridger partners to resell Bridger Tracker Online to their customers. The Distributor
model is hosted by Bridger Systems and managed by Bridger's customer-partner.
The Provider model is both hosted and managed by Bridger's partner-customer.

Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act requires that financial institutions have
a Customer Identification Program that collects customers' identifying documentation,
verifies identity, and checks account and transaction information against specified
data lists. Section 326 also requires that a record of the ID verification, data
lists checked, and the results of both are kept for five years after the account
is opened. Bridger Tracker Online software retains identity documentation information
and with a third-party service verifies identity; searches publicly-available
data lists and customer-generated lists; and maintains records of those inquiries
and their results for auditing purposes.
